In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors	Handles the business of the Club and the Foundation	Elvira Kraus
Builders Club	Sponsored Youth program for area middle school children meeting year round at the Kiwanis Building
Equestrian Committee	Works with the Club to oversee the Arena and identify projects to serve the community	Joe Noll
Fundraising Committee - Lobsterfest	Organizes the annual Lobsterfest to raise money for the Club's commitment to support for the Senior Center.	Elvira Kraus
Fundraising Committee - Poker Ride	Organizes the annual Poker Ride to raise funds to support Arena projects	Joe Noll
Holiday in the Park	Bill Nelson, Co-chair Plans Holiday event for community children.
Membership Committee	Recruits new members at events and provides new member orientation	Horst Kraus
Park Maintenance	Identifies and plans for maintenance and upgrade issues in the Kiwanis Community Park area.
Road Cleanup	Coordinates road clean up activities 3-4 times a year. Places signs and orders supplies from the county.	Robert Biegler
